What plots does Statistix offer?
You can plot histograms, dot plots, box plots, stem and leaf plots, bar charts, scatter plots, scatter plot matrix, pie charts, coplots, quantile plots, Q-Q plots, normal probability charts,
residual plots, time series plots, moving average charts, and eleven SPC charts. Plots can be printed, saved, and copied to the Windows clipboard.
Is Statistix menu driven?
Yes. All statistical and data management procedures are selected from the main menu. Once you select a procedure, you're presented with a dialog box. You then select variables you want to be analyzed
or manipulated. Every dialog box has a context-sensitive help button.
Can Statistix handle missing values?
Yes. Missing values are indicated with the letter M. All statistical procedures recognize missing values and treat them appropriately. Analysis of variance procedures use GLM techniques to produce
marginal (type III) sums of squares and exact F tests.
